At Yoga Okoboji we continue to strive to offer yoga for every body. In April, please join Marta in chair yoga. During this class you can expect to practice a gentle form of yoga sitting in a chair or standing and using a chair for support. Breathing exercises, postures, and relaxation. 60 minutes.
