ASANA WORKSHOP – Bring your questions about postures. Have a posture you always wanted to try but didn’t know how? Just want to experiment with postures without doing a whole class? This new class is for you. Learn and practice postures you have questions about and/or practice individual postures Janine knows students wonder about. This is going to be FUN! 60 minutes.
GENTLE FLEX – Slower moving yoga focused on flexibility. Perfect opportunity for beginners or those looking to bring more balance to their daily workout. 60 minutes.
GENTLE FLOW - Gentle flowing class that moves on and off the floor; a great start for beginners or those with injury or pain. 60 minutes
ALL LEVEL YOGA – Yoga class for beginners to intermediate. Beginner postures offered with a progression to intermediate postures. Students should practice within their level. For some postures this class will help you have compassion for your limitations and others will expand your mind and body as you move into unknown places. 60 minutes.
FIRE YOGA – Fire is the element that corresponds/correlates to the abdomen. Ignite the fire in your belly through breath and asana. 60 minutes.
FLEX & FLOW - Practice static postures with focus on alignment and flowing postures that move with the breath. 60 min
HOT YOGA – 90 degrees, balancing, stretching, and back bending closing with restorative relaxation. Your body will thank you. Appropriate for all levels. 60 minutes.
POWER HOUR – Ashtanga inspired class infused with today’s upbeat tunes. Flow through postures & pause to focus on alignment. Be ready to have fun & leave feeling energized! 60 minutes.
