Restorative Yoga Jean Mohr Sunday Jan. 21 @ 4:30 pm  DID YOU KNOW??? The slower pace and deep breathing that you get in a restorative yoga class triggers the parasympathetic nervous system from the very first pose. This activation helps to mitigate the effects of the fight-or-flight stress response that can be damaging to your physiology and well-being. Join yoga therapist, Jean Mohr for a supportive, relaxing, restorative yoga class and meditation. No yoga experience is required only the desire to relax and relieve stress. Limited space, please reserve your spot online at the link below.

Freewill Donation Meditation Caroline Vernon
Sunday Jan. 14  @ 1-2 pm

In this meditation we will release the need and attachment for our futures.  One of my favorite authors and teachers is Byron Katie.  She has so eloquently said “if you want anxiety, get a future.”  I have tried this one in various ways and have found it to be true.  If we are attached to our future looking a certain way then we become anxious about how to make that happen.  In this meditation we will release our stories of future, so that we can rest in NOW.  It just feels better to live in this moment, and as another one of my favorite teachers, my grandfather, would say “Take care of today and tomorrow will take care of itself.”  So come to this meditation in order to take even better care of yourself, your life and your loved ones today.
