This class is for all levels. Including vinyasas makes it powerful and resting between postures keeps it mellow. The class practices the Ashtanga primary series postures.

Build strength, endurance and a strong focus. This practice will naturally build heat in the body.

Ecstatic Dance with
This dance is an inner/outer journey of moving meditation. It develops a direct body-spirit connection, letting your body and inner guide be your teachers. It’s about being present with your own energy and discovering your own dance within using this movement and energetic experience to release stuck patterns in your body, emotions, mind and spirit.
Anyone can dance in this space. You do not need to be a dancer or even know how to dance at all. This is a personal experience in a safe space with others who are also experiencing their own dance.

Yoga Study $300
Yoga study is for anyone who would like to learn more about yoga and themselves. This weekend will focus on creating your own yoga practice/class. The workshop will include yoga classes with various teachers, postures, breath work, anatomy, chanting and meditation. This weekend is part of a 9 part series. After completion of 9 weekends you will receive a certificate that allows you to become a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with the Yoga Alliance if you choose. Yoga Voice Workshop
$15 or use your punchcard
Do you like the sound of your voice? If you get nervous speaking in public, or even if you don’t, this workshop will help you relax and find your authentic voice. Vocal warmups, chants in yoga postures and laughter yoga will be included in this lighthearted, fun workshop.
Sunday 1-2 pm
In this mediation you will experience amplified and heightened energy as you improve your connection to others and source. The meditation will include the singing bowl frequencies and Waxela will offer energy work to each participant.

Diet & Nutrition
with Dr. Adelee Dixon $15
With all the diet and nutrition information out there it can be confusing. Dr. Adelee will discuss how to eat for more health, necessary nutrition, vitamins and supplements.

Abby Goodlaxson is a Master Trainer for 8 to Great:. This 8-step process is taught by over 2,000 PowerCoaches and trainers around the world to help adults and students find greater success and personal fulfillment.
Abby is a 15-year educator and coach in the Okoboji Community School District. She is passionate about teaching this process to her students in the classroom and athletes on the court, she would love to share with you such skills as:
* how to end defensiveness for good
* learning the worlds most powerful positive attitude formula
* how to deal with strong emotions in ourselves and others more positively
* how to release the past and live fully in the Present
