
I recently received my 200 hour RYT from Yoga Okoboji and teach Hot HIIT Yoga. I am currently in my 26th year of teaching Physical Education and Health at Okoboji High School. I love an active lifestyle. You will often find me paddleboarding, cross-country skiing, cycling, strength training and of course attending yoga classes!
I appreciate the balance that yoga brings to my life. I love that yoga creates challenges both mentally and physically which keeps me humble and craving more. I look forward to sharing my passion for yoga with others and creating ripples of positive energy.
