Mindy is a 200 hour Registered Yoga Teacher and has been teaching yoga since 2010. She believes that yoga is not just a great work out or a time to relax but a lifestyle to be lived and practiced. Mindy’s goal is to help you achieve a connection of mind, body and spirit through a fun and energetic style of vinyasa. Her classes will fit everyone from the beginner to the advanced. Mindy is also available for private and small group instruction, in studio, home or outdoors.
